Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions
By choosing to order with us, you fully accept all of the terms and conditions listed below which take effect at the time you first access the website or phone us. If you do not accept these terms and conditions you must not place an order via the internet or over the phone. All Orders from us through either this website or by phone are subject to the T's & C's Below, however, we may not be held responsible for any further T's & C's held by a third party company with which you place your order, including but not limited to Deliveroo, Hungry House or Just-Eat.

(1) Allergies.
We cannot guarantee that any of our foods are free from nuts or nut derivatives. We cannot guarantee that our food will be free from any other ingredients that may cause allergies or allergic reactions. We cook all dishes from scratch, therefore, a large number of ingredients are present in our kitchen, Please call us on 01316294748 Option 0 to talk about Allergy's before placing you're order if you think you may be affected.
(2) Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once your order has been placed, we will begin cooking your order. That means should you wish to cancel your order, please call within 5 minutes of placing the original order to receive a full refund. Please call us (rather than email us) to ensure a speedy cancellation along with a full refund. As per the Distance Selling Regulation (Regulation 13) your order is perishable and a cooling-off period for cancellation, unfortunately, does not apply,
2B Scheduled Delivery's
We DON'T Accept Schedule's Delivery's between 6:30PM & 8:30PM due to the high demand, If you've scheduled a delivery between this time it will be processed as normal and may be earlier or later then you're Scheduled time.
(3) Delivery Times & Catchment Areas
We aim to deliver your order to the address provided in 45-90 minutes (depending on the time of your Order Acceptance / You're call, the availability of drivers and a number of orders currently being processed, especially during busy times and holidays). For the fastest delivery times possible, Orders For Scheduled delivery between 6:30Pm & 8:30Pm wont come up as scheduled on our screens and will be processed ASAP, Unless otherwise agreed with staff on the phone. In some circumstances, we will be able to notify you prior to ordering if we predict that we will be unable to deliver within the normal times, however, on some occurrences it may be difficult to predict. If circumstances out of our direct control cause the delivery to be delayed we will do our very best to keep you updated. We have a £12.50 minimum order value, Delivery availability depends on your postcode.
(4) Address details.
When ordering delivery, you agree to provide us with a full valid address, postcode, contact telephone number and specified time of arrival (only on orders made in advance) with your order. If you provide incorrect details we will be unable to deliver within any previously specified timescales provided by us. You agree not to withhold payment in circumstances where you were unable to provide a correct address or contact details.
(5) Order Confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to establish contact with you by either phone or email after you have placed an order. This is to protect ourselves against fraudulent and hoax orders. In some circumstance (for example exceptionally large orders) we may insist on a deposit to be paid in advance before confirming your order. If you order online or over the phone, the total price will be confirmed to you when the order is completed.

(6) Catchment Area
If you provide us with an address outside our stated catchment areas, then in most cases we will be unable to deliver to you. However, If you are situated outside the designated catchment area, please call us on 0131-629-4748 to enquire whether we are able to provide you with our services.
(7) Website Photos/Pictures.
Food photographs on this site do not represent how your dishes will be delivered to you. In some cases, there will be differences between the photos displayed and the ingredients in the dishes delivered to you. Where ingredients are not available or are out of stock our chefs will decide on suitable replacements to be used (for example green pepper substituted for red pepper). If you are unsure of the ingredients/content/packaging of any dish then please call us to discuss this with our staff before ordering. All photographs are serving suggestion or simply represent generic raw ingredients.
(8) Food Description & Ingredients
All dish descriptions on the website represent and describe the item in question. Where ingredients are not available or are out of stock our chefs will decide on suitable replacements to be used (for example red pepper substituted for green pepper). “Home-made” means created and cooked entirely from scratch by us and
"(N)" means that a specific dish will contain nuts.
(9) Portion Sizes
We generally use standard 500ml and 650ml takeaway containers for all dishes. We reserve the right to use another packaging, however, portion sizes will be equivalent. Please note some dishes may settle during delivery.
(10) Contract.
By Placing an Order either online, over the phone or through an external third party company, you hereby agree to BanPong Ltd, trading as "Celadon 2 U", using your information as we see fit to better enhance the customer experience.
(11) Liability
We will not be liable for any claims, losses, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, economic and consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill), whether in contract, negligence or other tortious action arising out of or in connection with the use of this site and material provided to you by email or other communication methods.
(12) Complaints / Requests
Celadon 2 U will strive to handle all complaints that it receives as soon as possible. Please address any complaints, requests or queries to the contact details contained within our Contact Page.
(13) Viruses
We do not warrant that this site is free of viruses or bugs or that this site is compatible with all computer systems and browsers.
(14) Cookies
This site uses session cookies for the purpose of tracking your progress through the checkout process and holding your shopping cart contents. By using this site you consent to cookies being placed on your computer and acknowledge that this site may not function accurately without them.

When a call is recorded, we collect:

· the telephone number of both parties (internal and external)
Personal data revealed during a telephone call will be digitally recorded for example name and contact If given to details to deliver appropriate services. The recordings will be stored on a secure server hosted by our phone provider (currently SohoVOIP LTD) which will only be accessible by senior members of the management team, who will be issued with a username and password. Call recordings will be used:

· to investigate and resolve complaints

· to ensure the Company is able to monitor and adhere to quality standards Sharing personal data We may share a call recording with an Investigating Officer in order for them to respond to a, Hoax Delivery, Fraudulent matter, complaint or issue. Sharing data under Data Protection legislation.
We may be required or permitted, under Data Protection legislation, to disclose a call recording including your personal data without your explicit consent, for example if we have a legal obligation to do so, such as for:

· Safeguarding investigations
